This map shows the location of Visnjan, some 10 km´s east of Porec and some 60 km´s south of Trieste. Flying into Trieste, Reijeka, Pula, Zagreb or Ljubliana are good options.

By car from the Netherlands, it is some 1300 km´s of beautiful scenery (Munich, Salzburg, Vilach, Udine, Trieste, Visnjan)... with 2 drivers or more, it is a one day trip.

The construction of the villa was finished in first half 2006. It is located at the end of a path which currently has 4 other houses (no through traffic at all). These are build and owned by a mix of locals (2) and foreigners (2). The path is at the outerscirts of the little hill town Visnjan.

You have a wonderfull sea view from the house. Within 10 car-minutes the beach is yours !!

Since August 2009 the Golf club Adriatic has opened, featuring a wonderful 18 holes golf course. The location of the course is some 20 minutes by car from villa Imagine. It is part of the Kempinski development in Savudrija and is open for non-residents as well (www.golf-adriatic.com).
