Approaching the house you are welcomed by the patio (some 15 sqm). On the ground floor you´ll enter the spacious living (some 35 sqm) with an impressive fireplace. Adjacent to this living is the modern and fully equipped kitchen / dining room ( some 21 sqm). Behind the kitchen is a large storage room (some 10 sqm with washing machine and dryer) with access to the terrace. From there you have a magnificent sea view. Also at the ground floor are 2 spacious bedrooms (some 15 sqm each, 2 times 2 single beds). Finally the ground floor has a luxurious bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet).

The wide staircase brings you to the first floor. There you will find the 3rd and 4th bedroom (1 double beds each). These two rooms each have their own bathroom (fully equipped like the bathroom downstairs, where one has a jacuzzi in stead of a shower). Both bedrooms give access to a balcony (some 8 sqm).

The total living space of the house is 185 sqm!

Judge yourself, but we have tried to make it really comfortable. A lot of space in the bedrooms, the  bathrooms, the living, the kitchen, the pool, the garden (with stone barbeque) and on the terraces... sufficient for 8 to 10 to live together and apart. Complete, modern and practical furniture and appliances based on the principle that holidays should be at least as easy as a weekend at home ! Luxury is what you will get used to soon....comfort is an everydays enjoyment... We'll tell you: you´ll have both !! 

"Your pool is cool !" were the first comments in our guestbook from a 6 years old German lady ! Again, make up your own mind but we would be surprised if you would find the opposite.

Ánd you will find the beauty of Istria; wellknown since ancient times as the place to rest and enjoy the good things of life like culture, wine, olives, truffles, sun, and peace!

The different cultures over time, have wonderfully mixed in impressive cities like Pula, Porec, Rovinje, Motovun, and many others that are all in "the backyard" of the house.
